Congratulations again on your engagement - I hope you're soaking in this special time as it truly flies by so quickly. It was such a pleasure chatting with yoU. I loved our conversation and felt we already had great rapport. It was wonderful getting to know a little bit about your relationship but I look forward to learning even more! My team and I would be so honored to bring your wedding to life and ensure a seamless celebration for your loved ones. Chère Rosalie is a full-service planning & design firm that specializes in creating authentic experiences that reflect your relationship, passions, traditions and family customs.
At Chère Rosalie, we pride ourselves on providing a deeply personal and tailored planning experience so that you and your guests feel a visceral connection when you walk into the wedding weekend. A deep dive meeting where we discuss the big picture of your day, review which items will be going into your overall budget, and determine your priority vendors. It's important for us to be on the same page from day one on what your vision is for the special day.
KICKOFF CALL
Planning & Design Process
AN OVERVIEW OF OUR
Your wedding home base! Next we'll get you set up on your client portal, which houses all of your wedding details including a to-do checklist, your running budget breakdown, vendor information, contracts, payment due dates, the wedding day timeline, design studio and more. We will regularly update this platform as the days, weeks and months go to ensure accuracy, and transparency.
BESPOKE CLIENT PORTAL
After discussing your priorities, we will build out a comprehensive budget breakdown encompassing the costs associated with producing your celebration. We'll track all of the spending along the way to ensure you are staying on track over the next several months. You'll also be given payment due date reminders so you can plan ahead.
BUDGET BREAKDOWN
Based on thorough conversations, our team recommends vendors personalized to your desired aesthetic, budget and personality. We take pride in handpicking vendors we trust who can execute the vision, but who also get along well with you and your loved ones. Choosing the right vendors can make all the difference in your celebration being exceptional. We also review all contracts before you sign to ensure you're protected.
VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS
This where your wedding develops its identity. We prioritize personalizing the details- small and large. Whether it's a linen that evokes nostalgia, a candle scent that transports you to your first vacation as a couple or an escort display with custom postcards and a mailbox representing your favorite rom-com...these are what make your wedding one-of-a-kind, just like your relationship. Following rich conversations, our team creates a comprehensive mood board encompassing color palettes, florals, linens, chairs, tabletop rentals and more. It's important everyone is on the same page with the vision. A site walkthrough is also on the agenda!
DESIGN DECK
Your save-the-dates and invitations set the tone for the celebration to come; a great design will leave your loved ones counting down the days. We work to connect you with the right stationer who can create a work of art that speaks to your relationship and the vibe of the wedding- all while making it look cohesive and striking. For continuity, we ensure this encompasses all of the day-of stationery as well.
Printed Items
Our team will build and monitor your wedding website to keep all pertinent information for your guests up-to-date. We also keep track of RSVPs, meal selections and dietary restrictions. In addition, we build your floor plan and assist in assigning seats, designing an escort display/seating chart and more. All of this is given to the venue or caterer to ensure proper execution with the guests' experience and safety as a top priority.
Guest Management
Your wedding day will be planned out down to the minute to ensure everyone - from the wedding party to the vendors to the venue - know exactly what is happening when and where. Our detailed timeline includes every logistic and detail needed for the celebration to run smoothly and efficiently. We truly believe in being over-prepared so if on the rare chance of a curveball, our team knows how to pivot.
Wedding Timeline
Our team usually attends an average of 2-5 in-person meetings with our couples that typically include pertinent vendor appointments like an initial walkthrough at the venue, a get-to-know-you coffee or dinner "date", design consultations at linen and rental showrooms, a floral sample meeting mock-up and a final venue walkthrough. Communication is key so we're always happy to connect via email, phone or video chat, as needed.
VENDOR MEETINGS/WALKTHROUGH
It's finally wedding weekend! Our team will be onsite the entire time to ensure vendors arrive, load in and break down on schedule; oversee that all details are being set up according to plan, coordinate all events in accordance with our pre-established timelines, inconspicuously corral everyone so they are where they are supposed to be, and most importantly, be there for you for anything you may need so that you two can relax and enjoy every minute of it. We work hand-in-hand and take pride in being in constant communication with the venue and vendors so nothing slips through the cracks. The wedding goes by so quickly so it's important to soak in every single moment.
So let the drinks flow and the dancing begin! It's going to be an unforgettable time!

Kim discovered her passion for weddings after having to plan her own wedding in just 7 weeks due to an unexpected family illness. In the midst of the last-minute scramble, she never felt overwhelmed: she felt energized. The day turned out perfectly and Kim knew she wanted to plan more weddings to help other couples make their " I Do " dreams come true.

As a bride I had a lot out of the box, non-traditional ideas for our wedding. I was nervous to find a planner who would be able to understand the vision and make it come to life.
