This package is perfect for the couple that took on the majority of the wedding planning but need helping managing all of the final details and executing everything on the special day. Once booked, you will be assigned one of our trusted coordinators. Our team will manage all of the details in the remaining three months and on wedding day.
Chère Rosalie works with you in the final months of planning to ensure all of the logistics and details are buttoned up.

A customized fee for your preferred service will be shared with you following our complimentary consultation once we have a better understanding of your needs. Chère Rosalie does not take any commission or kickbacks from any vendors - so any savings given to us based on existing relationships is passed over to you. We value transparency, communication and organization.
Each wedding is unique- which means the work to plan it is too. Pricing is impacted by location, guest count and scope of expected work.

After discussing your priorities, we will build out a comprehensive budget breakdown encompassing the costs associated with producing your celebration. We'll track all of the spending along the way to ensure you are staying on track over the next several months.
Budget Breakdown
Your wedding home base! Next we'll get you set up on your client portal, which houses all of your wedding details including a to-do checklist, your running budget breakdown, vendor information, contracts, payment due dates, the wedding day timeline, design studio and more.
Bespoke Client Portal
A deep dive meeting where we discuss the big picture of your day, review which items will be going into your overall budget, and determine your priority vendors. It's important for us to be on the same page from day one.
Kick-Off Meeting
Sort of a like our first date! This is where we really get to know each other so we see if we're the right fit. We love learning about your relationship and wedding vision, sharing what you can expect when you work with our team and answering all your burning questions.

Based on thorough conversations, our team recommends vendors personalized to your desired aesthetic, budget and personality. We take pride in handpicking vendors we trust who can execute the vision, and get along well with you. We also review all contracts before you sign.
Vendor Recommendations
Whether it's a linen that evokes nostalgia or an escort display with custom postcards and a mailbox representing your favorite rom-com...these are what make your wedding one-of-a-kind. Following rich conversation, our team creates a comprehensive mood board encompassing color palettes, florals, linens, chairs, rentals and more.
Design Deck
After coming up with a plan, we bring you to various showrooms to evaluate all the proposed design items. We want you to sit in the chairs, feel the linen, and see how everything looks together.
Showroom Appointments
Save-the-dates and invitations set the tone for the celebration to come and leave your loved ones counting down the days. We connect you with the right stationer who can create a work of art that speaks to your relationship and the vibe of the wedding. For continuity, we ensure this encompasses all of the day-of stationery as well.
Stationery/Printed Items
Our team will build and monitor your wedding website to keep all pertinent information for your guests up-to-date. We also keep track of RSVPs, meal selections and dietary restrictions. In addition, we build your floor plan and assist in assigning seats and designing an escort display/seating chart.
Guest Management
Your wedding day will be planned out down to the minute to ensure everyone knows who, what, when, where and how. Our detailed timeline includes every logistic and detail needed for the celebration to run smoothly and efficiently. We truly believe in being over-prepared so if on the rare chance of a curveball, our team knows how to pivot.
Wedding Timeline
As the wedding approaches, we bring all of the design elements together for a final sample meeting you so can see your beautiful choices one last time before the special day. We don't want any surprises on wedding day and hope you leave excited for it all to come together.
Samples/Walkthrough
It's finally wedding day! YAY! Our team will be onsite the entire time to manage the vendors, the timeline, the guests and the overall execution.We are there for you for anything you may need so that you two can relax and enjoy every minute of it. We work hand-in-hand and take pride in being in constant communication with the venue and vendors so nothing slips through the cracks. So let the drinks flow and the dancing begin! It's going to be an unforgettable time!
